Yes! Although we do not charge for shape, we do price designs and length fairly and accordingly. As stated in our policies, the prices listed on the site are base prices for simple designs. For a more accurate quote, dependent upon your design or change of request, please ask us before the start of your appointment to quote your official price.
Yes, as mentioned in our policies, the service duration is only an estimate. It may be shorter or longer. Please be sure that you are respectful, considerate, and understanding of your technician, as we do our best to provide you our best quality!
Absolutely! The earlier you can send in your nail design, the better we can prepare to serve you the best quality! You may upload it through your Appointment Confirmation email by clicking the "Upload Your Design Picture" button.
Creating an account will make your checkout process much easier, as it will securely save your card on file and remember your information. You can also keep track of your appointment history, loyalty points, and so much more!
You can change or add-on to your service the day of the appointment depending on your technician's availability. We are an appointment-based salon, and in order to ensure that each client is being treated fairly and professionally, we may or may not be able to accommodate your request at the last minute. However, if needed, we can always reschedule you or add on to your service later at a better time.
Yes, it is very important that you confirm that you will make your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule at the last minute, please be sure to view our Booking & Cancellation Policy (https://www.starzwayy.com/copy-of-policies)to avoid any scheduling disruptions or fees.
Yes, there may be a $10-$20 late fee charged to your card depending on the severity of your tardiness. Your technician will communicate this with you beforehand, if possible. Once you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment and we do not hear from you, your appointment will be canceled and considered a "no-show". All no-show fees are $20, and failure to be present at your appointment, without communicating in advance, may prevent you from being able to rebook with us, cause a higher deposit to be paid, or result in you having to pay for your next service in its entirety beforehand. All cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment's start time will result in a $10 fee.
